Matawai Tunnel

Today we learnt how to do diamante poems.

My challenges were to just come up with better adjectives and verbs.

    I think diamante poems are a great way of contrasting and comparing images from the decades. I bet the 'lonely' 2020 tunnel loved the sound of chatter and footsteps again! Lovely to think past Matawai School pupils have traipsed through that tunnel in years gone by.
